Q: I purchased a drum kit/preset bank and I didn't receive it, what do I do?

A: If you have not received the drum kit/preset bank you purchased, please email us directly at info@producerplugin.com. We will respond within 12 hours and send you the correct product(s).

Q: Are samples royalty free?

A: All of our preset banks are 100% royalty free you can use them however you wish, but you may not resell our banks individually. This is prohibited.

Q: How do I install the Omnisphere Bank I purchased?

1. Put Preset Bank Folder under Steam -> Omnisphere -> Settings Library -> Patches

2. Open Omnipshere and click refresh (bottom lower left hand / arrow going in circle)

3. Wait for it to finish spinning approximately 30 secs to 1 minute.

4. Click on Directory drop down at top left, then click on User Directories

5. Click on name of preset bank (Ex. Omni R&B)

6. All sounds will appear in bottom left.
